Assumption of Risk
Driving instruction involves inherent risks. By participating in lessons, the student acknowledges these risks and agrees to follow all instructor directions.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the student releases World Driving School and its instructors from claims resulting from participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Student Responsibilities
Students must provide accurate information, follow traffic laws, and comply with safety instructions during all driving sessions.
